The Société Immobilière et Financière, SIF (Real Estate and Financial Company) was formerly called « Société Immobilière de Frères », it is managed by the Boulos Investment Group and has the largest swath of land in Pétion-Ville. It is an institution that has around 170 shareholders and important properties in the Capital, including the El Rancho Village. Also, they possess several complex apartments especially in the hotel and restaurant sector.
SIF is also credited for the Belvil construction, the largest single home development project in Haiti.
NH Haiti El Rancho

- And other amenities.
Until now, SIF has been successful in trying or wanting to be the largest real estate surface of the metropolitan area. The company is working on many different projects that can respond to the different problems of urbanization in Haiti.
