EXCLUSIVE DEALER OF THE NISSAN BRAND IN HAITI.
Founded in 1986, Universal Motors is the exclusive dealer of the Nissan Brand in Haiti. The Nissan range includes vehicles in the various segments of the automotive market, notably cars, SUVs and pickups.
On May 20, 2017 and after 10 months of negotiations, the Universal Automotive Group S.A., which also includes Auto Plaza S.A., managed to substantially integrate the shareholding of Universal Motors.
On May 3rd, 2018, the Universal Motors moved into a new 188370 sq ft building, one of the largest exhibition halls in the Caribbean.
These new facilities include a 8213 sq ft main showroom that can accommodate 9 vehicles; an additional showroom of more than 8773 sq ft, that can accommodate 36 vehicles, a 53820 sq ft space at the rear of this showroom where the entire stock of the Nissan vehicles is displayed; the reception service that is housed in a building of 8600 sq ft; the 12378.50 sq ft parts store; and a huge garage that is settled in a building that is almost 21528 sq ft.
